By signing up and actively using the tatersptr.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. tatersptr.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with tatersptr.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the tatersptr.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:

You must be of legal age in your state or country of residence to join. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shartisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with tatersptr.com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from tatersptr.com. How many ads sent out daily will depend on how many are available.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from tatersptr.com, your account will be set to inbox only. If changed back and receive bounced mails again, reserve the right to suspend account. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and tatersptr.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and tatersptr.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of tatersptr.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

tatersptr.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or tatersptr.com program, even if tatersptr.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, tatersptr.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

ALL ADVERTISEMENTS! I.E. PAID EMAILS, PTC'S, REDEMPTIONS, BANNER IMPRESSIONS and PAID TO PROMOTE VIEWS--MUST BE IN ENGLISH! ALSO: NO HATE, ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, WAREZ, HYIP, MLM, GAMBLING OR PHARMACEUTICAL ADS ACCEPTED
Any Monies spent on an ad that can not be sent will be refunded minus any transaction fees!
Management reserves the right to refuse any ad!

Activity requirements:
All members must log in once every 20 days to be considered active and to be able to earn from their downlines and must be at least 20% as active as their downline. Free members MUST be active in other areas of tatersptr too, to be able to earn from the 'PTP=Paid to Promote' feature of this site.
Free members earn 30c/cpm, upgraded members earn from 50c to 60c/cpm from the PTP>

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails, reading the paid email and viewing the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by tatersptr.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the tatersptr.com program. Members will earn a set rate for each mail read or PTC clicked on by tatersptr.com. Members will be paid via PayPal / Money Order**. If you wish to receive a money order for your payment you will not be paid till you have at least $6.00 in your account. NOTE: ONLY USA at this time! The money order fee and postage will be taken out of your earning and you will be sent the balance. tatersptr.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate, of $1.00 for free members, set by tatersptr.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. ,{Cash payments are only made now to those from the allowed country list at the top of these terms, if you are an existing member from a different country you may redeem your earning for ads only}
Free members can request payment once per 30 day period, upgraded members can request payment evry 2 weeks.
Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with tatersptr.com and may result in legal prosecution. tatersptr.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. tatersptr.com may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. If you found TatersPTR from a spam email, please forward the mail to support@tatersptr.com
If at any time you wish to cancel your account with tatersptr.com you may do so from your members area- user info- at bottom of the page is a place to cancel your account. You may also send an email to unsubscribe@tatersptr.com.

False Information/Cheating [UPDATED 1/8/2006]
ANY! False information given at sign-up will be considered cheating and subject to suspension.

saying you're from 1 country but IP is from another,
giving a US state but from a different country, etc]
Any one is welcome to join tatersptr.com but you must be able to read and understand English!
There will be English tests and cheat links [clearly marked] in the way of keywords, paid email links and PTC's. In your member's area you will find how many cheat links you have clicked on if any. Once that hits 3, you will be deleted, [PLEASE NOTE: the use of click software, also known as 'cheat bots', is considered cheating and will not be tolerated.] also, the ptc's don't show up in the form, but the admin can still see who has clicked where. If you have a negative balance that means you clicked on something that said not to. All cheat links go to a page saying clearly to close the window and giving a 60 second timer allowing plenty of time to do so.
Accounts will be checked on a regular basis. Any one that clicks "delete me now" wil be just that, deleted! Anyone that clicks "I cheat" and "no understand english" will be cancelled, pending deletion!.
Every member must have a unique payment ID . [Ex: member 1 has e-gold **$$** and member 15 has the same e-gold ID, **$$**]. Any accounts found with identical payment information will be suspended.
Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. tatersptr.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
